The beauty of day game is the fact it can be applied when you're out and about town running errands, shopping for groceries, commuting, getting a coffee, or just walking down a street from point A to point B. Thus, integrating it into your life on a daily basis, will allow you to ditch (unless you're into it) night game and 'proper' day game sessions, especially if you're older and want to get a proper night's sleep and/or have busy schedule. It also saves you time, money, and, what shouldn't be underestimated, hearing (regular nights in clubs will, over time, accumulate and make your hearing deteriorate much faster than you think, although attenuating earplugs should help). The only downside is to be on low/medium alert (can be draining to be on a look out) and dressing well at all times, but that's a relatively small price to pay. Also, from my experience, if you can do a good, day time, sober approach, coming up to a girl in a bar will be a piece of cake.
