The only place I walked around at night was across the street from the Holiday Inn. There's a McDonald's, Kreefs, Starbucks, Pollo Campero, and a strip of small stores. It was safe and had a decent supply of girls coming throughout the day. There was a lot of shit going on at the hotel too, including live music. Call the front desk when you arrive and see what the events are.
