His pants are sagging and his shirt is too big. This will make him uncomfortable, and mess with his movement. This will make him walk intimidatingly, because he has to swing his arms and legs wider to accommodate for his clothes.
Compare this to Dwayne Johnson or Amare Stoudemire:
See how they make an effort to wear fitting clothes that increase their charisma?
