Hypergamy doesn't care if you're a seemingly good, unicorn-like wife, a mother of 3, or a doctor. Nor does it care if you're a "very happy" and accomplished middle-class couple that goes jogging together every morning with a baby stroller.

My guess is that she must have been sold on the feminism's idea that family is, after all, overrated. "Girls just want to have fun" type of mind-set.
