I wouldn't mind the girl wearing them on a date or when we're hanging out after we've banged, but in most situations a girl in flats or low heels is much better IMO. You have more flexibility and mobility, and its easier to vibe when she's not spending half her mentally energy on walking because of her 6 inch heels. Smaller heels still make her look good.
I won't lie though, I'm curious to see what some of the girls I banged would look like all made up with a tight dress and heels. It would be an ego boost for sure.
No such problems with Russians/Ukranians, they fly over heels...
I guess that makes sense. Foreign girls probably are better at handling heels and its not as much a cockblock with them.
