Did you even notice that in Costa Rica, a lot of the girls who are prostitutes are Colombians or other foreigners, such as Nicaraguans or Dominicans? If you stay out of places like Del Rey or whatever it's called and go to higher end restaurants and nightclubs, you start seeing fewer prostitutes.
