When I say young girls, most guys probably think of 18 year olds. After all, 18 generally tends to be the age of consent in a lot of countries. But the reality is that by the time most Western girls turn 18, they are already ruined by feminism and related factors.
So in order to get pure girls it is necessary to go below 18, at least in the West. How young one should go depends on several factors. Aside from the legal issue, of course the girl has to be physically and mentally mature. (Funnily enough, this last criteria rules out most Western girls below 25).
The physically mature age varies from girl to girl but right now I would put my personal limit around 16, give or take a year. Some girls hit puberty at 10 but this of course doesn't make them eligible. Likewise with a 17 year old girl who for some reason hasn't hit puberty yet.
