Its more to do with economics, Brown men, Africans and Mediterranean men are usually financial poor and have a lot of free time to burn, there main focus is more short term and they seek a life of pleasure versus building a career or company. This could explain why there are no major industrial city in the Mediterranean or Africa. There culture is very short-cut or short term basis.
Asian dudes are very focus on career and making money, that is why most billionaire are Chinese, and that is why Asian dudes are not as thirsty, they don't care about notches as much as other dudes.
