The Italians are bad but let's not let the incredibly thirsty whoring Turks or Arabs off the hook. They even cat call and whistle at women here and generally have horrible game. As in "hey girl you got a man" kinda game many times. The Arabs are also a real detriment given how they throw money around.
Let's not forget how the UK stag parties also helped ruin most of the EE capital and bigger cities as well.
