Are you kidding? He was the captain of the touchy-feely Enterprise. Notice how they had the chairs arranged on the bridge. Like he, Riker, and the ship's fucking shrink were all co-captains who discussed everything before moving forward. The fact that they had a shrink is like WTF? Who did he bang in his tenure as captain? The doctor? She wasn't half bad, but she was a 40-something single mother with an annoying as fuck kid. Truthfully, I don't think he even banged her. Even Data fucked Tasha Yar in one of the earliest episodes.
