It's insane that in 2015 you can't even say that you don't care about "diversity" but only about the best man (or even woman) for the job. That alone will cause mass hysteria. Basically right now if you say anything short of "You should only have diverse workforces or that we need more diversity and especially women in the workforce" you are a racist shit bag.
