Very out of touch, the working class who could alleviate themselves mostly did so in the late 80s/90s with Thatcher. We live in a globalised world now, you can't preach about class inequality when you ignore this fact. The richest people living in Britain now are mostly foreigners from Arabia, Russia, China; soon it will be Nigerians and Brazilians. The wealthy British men who I suppose are the folk devil of the new left. Are pretty much international themselves, doing business in places such as Dubai or the Far East.
