You don't need to point out that you're including those countries in the western Europe group, they ARE western European, it's like saying "the whole United States, and yes I'm including California and Vermont", it's unnecessary.
Anyway, unlike others I don't think the problem is the western woman herself but female nature, it's just that due to a confluence of many difference reasons, the west makes it easier than other places in the world for women to display their worst traits and let their best ones lay dormant.
