I'd recommend keeping an old ID with an old address on it to check into hotels with so if they ever send anything it'd end up lost in the mail. Any hotel you rent should be done online using a prepaid card, and often times the address of the website's HQ is listed on the reservation and not yours. Some hotels have day rates for people who only want to stay a couple hours (such as travelers on layovers) for a cut rate, so you can also call around ahead of time for that, if you can't get out at night.

Never, EVER bring your side piece within a 5 mile radius of your house. The further you are from home, the better. If you go the hotel route, check in and shit before you meet up with her, have her come to your room or meet you in the lobby, and have her leave before you, in case she gets the idea to see what kind of car you have.
