She told me about it two weeks after the abortion (a year and a half ago) but she only started threatening to sue a few days ago

I'll let you guys know what happens but I'm not worried at all anymore. Like Merenguero said the only thing she could do is take me small claims court and I'm almost certain to win because she declined my earlier offer to pay. I don't think she will go through with it anyway
