Cultural constructionism is a 'god of the gaps' argument. There will always be behavior that we can't explain through biology, but what we've found as science has progressed is that more and more behavior is driven by genetic factors and hormones. They've already made up their minds to believe a certain thing, so they play games of semantics around the limits of our knowledge. This is not a scientific / rational approach.
