First there are NGOs that have created websites in their own language. Those that cannot read hear it from their buddies.
Second there are online forums and advice talks by their own countrymen with pics, videos and explicit instructions including addresses where to line up, which city being the most generous, which country giving the most, what to do when you are rejected, how to prepare yourself.
You have to realize that it does not take much if you are prepared like that with the internet. In the past it would have been almost impossible for such large numbers to know exactly what to do best.
Now it is really easy. That is why they sometimes trash a refugee center because the Wifi is down or too slow. They mainly use it for this, then to call their family and friends and then for porn.
My guess is that some also start re-invigorating their Muslim faith and listen to some vids about Arabs speaking how disgusting and vile the Westerners are and how they will soon be defeated. That is also necessary because you cannot simply accept the truth - that you are at the bottom of the WEstern hierarchy unfit to sweep the streets of the infidels. Thus you start increasingly to base your self-worth on coming from a superior culture that will soon take over, if you rape and harass a few women, then it is all a sign of feeling better about yourself. Male and female self-worth come from different regions. For women acceptance is enough, for men that means crap, a man needs to accomplish something and be proud of it. So since he cannot compete in terms of work, then he will simply con, rape, kill, be aggressive - that is how they feel good about themselves.
And of course - 50 mio. of us could wipe 2 bio. of them out, but whatever....
