I have my doubts that these men are going to find women right away to breed with and create their 'Anchor Babies'. The few alphas might but these are Western women we are talking about. They are going to be on the pill and/or will get it aborted. A greater threat than Anchor Babies is violence/sexual violence.
Sympathy is an underrated motivator. Tug enough heartstrings and she'll churn out a baby or two to keep Mr. Refugee from going back to that third world hellhole. It's sympathy from these women that are bringing them there, and sympathy that's going to keep them there.
If they realize what's happening to them, it'll be when it's too late.
