The footage shown at 2:40 is the closest Spain has been to the Ferguson riots in the US. A month ago, a Senegalese man jumped off his balcony to escape from a police raid, killing himself in the process. The local authorities were after him and other illegal immigrants for selling cheap imitatation goods. After this happened, there were massive riots organized by other African immigrants in the area. The images of Africans fighting against the police, blocking train tracks and even beting up some locals had a deep impact on Spanish society and many are now realising the negative consequences of mass 3rd world immigration (Spain doesn't have a popular far right anti immigration party like in France or the UK).
