More likely, the attraction she feels for you has dropped.
Maybe you can figure out what's gone wrong. Assuming it's something under your control. Then you can improve yourself, fix the root cause and her attraction goes back up.
Or you can just have a blunt "do you really want to be here?" "do you want to see each other less?" kind of talk. Your unspoken frame for the conversation is that you won't consider having a gf that doesn't want to fuck you.
If she wants to go, just let her go and work on getting the next one.
