I'm curious if chochemonger will agree or not, but my vote is cast for Cali so far for asses (fake and real) and I've only been here 4 nights. For comparison's sake, I've spent time in Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga (added to chochemonger datasheet), Cartagena, Santa Marta, Manizales, Salento, and Pereira.
