^^ Great point, don't know how no one mentioned that yet. If possible, by all means go and spend at least a week or so in each city and try to make up your mind then. That being said, I remember reading Roosh's Poosy Paradise where he had great success during his 1st week in a city in EE and decided to stay for several months based on that initial experience, only to regret it later. All 3 cities seem to have great potential but at the end of the day, I'd put the quality of the University and a country's job/business oportunities above anything else.
