That's fantastic that you'll get funding at a Norwegian cost of living, despite living in EE. I'm jealous. You'll presumably be on something similar to an actual local person's working wage, given the disparity in incomes. Can I ask how much is the funding?
Of the three cities, I think Budapest is the best long term option. All 3 options all will have decent quality women. Over 6 years though you'll want more than just girls, you'll want an actual decent sized city with enough things to do in it. Plus its a much larger airport than the other two cities, giving you way more weekend away options.
