Serbia sounds like a good bet but I'm not sure how receptive they are to a foreigner, given they have less impetus to marry foreign, difficulty is relatively higher.
Colombia is a very interesting place honestly. Very easy to fall for their beauty and sexual allure but marrying/importing one seems to be advised against on the forum. I for one am still on the fence about this as I have seen many successful cases but none of those involve a money hungry thot from Parque Lleras, which some foreigners seem to fall prey to. Would appreciate more opinion from fellow forum members.
In SEA, from experience my pick would be Indonesia and Malaysia.
