Medellin is a difficult city to swoop into and pick up
because of the group culture.
Probably the most important city in the world to
pipeline I have been to.
The guys there really do not like gringos hitting
on their women.
I had a girl once in Poblado hit on me....while
I was alone @ a bar.....only to find 2-3 guys
in her group pissed off.....WHEN SHE HIT ON ME.
Bogota is what I would recommend....more options.
The people there are more Western....faster pace.
The people of Medellin actually like to joke @ how
rude everyone is in Bogota. LOL.
I have not been since 2013....but I have made
8 trips there. I imagine as more gringos have
gone....things have just intensified.
Even my local friend there told me what a bad
reputation foreigners were getting among the
