Have a goal in mind. Tap into the competitive nature of your manhood. Find friends that achieve more than you.

Find a guy that always fcuks the type of women that you fcuk and ideally if he looks worse than you i.e. less good looking, shorter, pudgier, not so smooth of a talker (in your opinion) and then you know that the only difference between you and him is application.

That should be the drive that sparks you to make the change. Automatically, the fire should come from within you...
