Violence done by the US and other developed-country allies, maybe China/Russia to a lesser extent, sure. But the vast majority of warfare doesn't involve developed nation states, and I don't see African warlords switching over to drones any time soon. Drones are expensive (by their standards), kidnapped 13-year-olds from the next village over are cheap.
They also see them as booty (literally) and a non-electric meat-refrigerator (cannibalism).
