"Sleep Walker is one of the founding groups of the Japanese movement "jazz club" which also belongs to groups such as Kyoto Jazz Massive , Soil and "Pimp" Sessions or United Future Organization . They play a style of jazz dance, supported by a dynamic rhythm. The sound of saxophonist Masato Nakamura is influenced by the "mystical" jazz of the second part of 1960 , particularly the music of Archie Shepp or Pharoah Sanders with whom the band collaborated on the track "The Journey"."
