Approach older and younger girls.
This is actually one of my weaknesses. Sometimes I pass on approaching "older" looking girls. Even if you're not as attracted to them, its great game practice especially if you are a younger guy. Older women often have stronger frames so it trains you to hold your own and often have better banter and conversational skills.
