Fertility for men is a luxury that women don't have after 30s. I hope you had kids or froze your sperm. If not, don't tell women before you bang them.
Why tell them at all? No need to unless she claims she's pregnant. Honestly it's none of their business. If you get to the point in life where you want to reverse it, most of the time it's still possible. It's your trump card.
