I took this for about 6 months a few years ago and noticed the following: Great skin and less knee and hip joint soreness after heavy lifting. I stopped because of budgetary constraints, but its pretty good and 'food functional' ie there are ways you can use it with salad, bread, shakes etc and it doesn't taste bad.
