Your first two goals can be accomplished simply by dieting. I recommend calculating your macros http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronut...lator.htm. Then plan out a meal plan in an excel spreadsheet and see how much you are actually eating. I don't know too much about macros, but I do know that ever since I made a spreedsheet and started sticking to a solid meal plan, I've seen improvements.
You will end up eating the same food almost every day. The sooner you start seeing food as fuel for your body as opposed to something tasty maintaining a solid diet will become easier.
2.) Cardio + Compound lifts
There has been proof that heavy compound lifts burns more calories than running. Just do both and cover your bases. While I personally don't believe cardio is important to lose weight and maintain a great body it is obvious that cardio helps your body out in many other ways such as improving heart health, expelling toxins, and making you able to fuck like a sexual tyrannosaurus rex.
