As for quitting the job, which many here said, I think that I am going to have to quit the city I am in, DC. I've been in 5 jobs now where this has been a problem.
Forgetting the women issue for a minute, the city has gotten so expensive that even if you are a top manager, you're going to struggle to house and educate your kids. That kind of shit really rolls down hill.
