Even if there were no differences between girls in regional areas to capital cities, there are many times more opportunities to meet them in bigger cities.
But then, the novelty factor for coloured guys would be diminished in the main cities. But, even in the regional cities, I am not really sure how much of a pull factor that is. This actually deserves more attention bec the added attention in my observation does not always translate into something more despite the fact that the guy has some game.
