I second this. Baltimore is horrible in pretty much all aspects.
Add Detroit and Flushing, MI to the list.
From my experience girls in Baltimore are friendlier and easier to number close (not talking about fake #s here) and kiss close. I honestly can't come up with a large city worse than DC.
