I had this problem in my 20's..or so I thought.It's a blessing mate.Just get fit.At 25 I had a 18 year old girlfriend and just banged 17 to 22 year olds .But like a dickhead I was unhappy.
At 27, 21 year olds were on the list at 30 they were still there....but like a dickhead , I hooked up with my wife who also looked younger.
I had that "I must settle down and have kids" bullshit mindset ..When I look back at being single I actually think I had it good...but I did not know it at the time.
I use to be jealous of guys that looked older than me but now at 44 the same guys are jealous of me because basically they look older than their age....some look 10 years older ffs.
All you can do is improve on what you got..woman my age now say "what your 33 ,35?"....no shit..and it's music to my ears.
