Black girls or not, I approach as myself. You can only change/control parts of yourself (clothes, attitude, habits, physique, etc.) and adapt a little to their culture (eg. speaking their language or talking about similar interests) to make yourself attractive/charming as you can be to them. If after all of these changes you still encounter these over critical bitches then it's their loss!
