If you want to match colors to your skin tone and hair color you need to learn about cool colors, warm colors, light colors, soft colors and and so on and this seems like a very poor way to organize the knowledge.
Why isn't there simply a table where you find your skin tone and hair color and see all colors which match.
You could match it to which 'mood' you are trying to inspire using the fact that certain colors invoke certain emotions (allegedly people in tv use those same rules when picking what characters wear).
Does anyone on here advise people on style? What tools do you use, what tools do you wish you had?
