Yep, I edited my post to add those lines from the criminal code as well.
It's not an automatic offence, but if the girl decides to cause trouble or the parents get wind of the relationship and make a complaint, then I don't want to be the one who is out there testing a judge's interpretation of what is an exploitative relationship.
But, here's another point that is more relevant to you. As a resident of Florida and a citizen of the US, the age of consent of your state follows you where ever you go. If it is 18 in your state, it doesn't matter what it is in where ever you travel, you have to abide by the laws of your state.
