It wont be that different from having a 'healthy' millennial child who will live in their parents' basement for 28 years anyways.
The only difference is the kid with down syndrome wont rack up $100,000 in student loan debt.
Id even contend your normal liberal young person will naively do more damage to their own lives and stick their parents with the bill, compared to a down syndrome person who lives a simple life.
