Yes it gives her purpose. Shes trying to be happy in a perverted way by diverting her insecurities and lack of purpose.
Her problem is not being cared about by a man. as is with most "feminists". and the power of the state and all of PC culture backing her.
Therefore she becomes addicted to the "causes" she fights for, because they serve to give her little hits of validation and self security instead of the somewhat continuous validation a real mans presence wouldve provided her. but she soon realizes these hits are but short lived and therefore she always has to move on in search of the next cause. the next reason to get offended. the next hit.
but its not long before she realizes that the hits decrease in intensity. that people hate her. that hers is a life of wretchedness. no better than a glorified coke whore.
and then she becomes bitter and starts hating men.
