1% for the mother of your children is not so bad.
Ask the average divorced guy how much his wife cost him. Even trying to up the alimony payments to 12 mio. / year is not a significant amount for him and I seriously doubt that she will get it.
His pre-nup is world-class - if he had impregnated a random chick from the bar she might have been able to sue and equal amount. You have to realize that he is worth 5.600 million $ and in some good years can make in excess of 500 mio. $.
