Help me Relocating

I'm 25 year old Indian based out of Bangalore. I have realized 'Game' and now I see 'Game' as only way of life going forward for me. But being based out of India I also understand that there is absolutely 'no game' in India.

I have practiced Roosh's Day Game advices after reading his book. I had decent success in getting numbers although I didn't get bangs. Mostly it's because of low number of good looking women in India and their conservative-ness. Night Game is more or less a dead option in an Indian city like Bangalore. Hopeless night life for next 10 years at least.

I realized that to live gamer life I have no option but to move out of India.

After reading Rooshv forums I understood that it will be wise to move to Europe than to America. I'm a Software Programmer with nearly 4 years of experience. I was in Europe 5 years ago and I really liked the laid back lifestyle. I'm not afraid of race issue and I look above average by Indian standards. There will always be girls who like my race. I have seen it first hand. Some girls in Europe/America is always a better option than no girls in India.

Since I have decided to relocate, I can go on visit the following cities and check myself if I should relocate but that would take significant amount of my savings and time. It would immensly help me in my decision-making if experienced travel-gamers can suggest me their opinions on following cities:

Miami Beach,
San Fransisco,
New York,
London,
Barcelona,
Stockholm,
Prague,
Brno,
Budapest,
Warsaw or any other city in Poland,
Kiev,
Moscow,
Bucharest.

or any other programming job that would make me location independent? [Please don't suggest me to set up my own company because I'm currently not in a position to do that.]

Also note that this thread is going to be useful to thousands of Indians who are in same boat as me. Lot of Indians (after US, Canada, UK) read this forum silently. If you genuinely doesn't want to help me please refrain from posting.
