I hate to piss on your parade, but Russia and Ukraine are both experiencing massive currency crises at the moment. As a result, outbound tourism in those countries is in a slump and very few people are travelling. For Russians and Ukrainians, travel to Cambodia will cost 10-15 times what travel to Crimea did in previous years.
