thank you man, this is why I post - to hear real talk like this and get out of my head.
Outside the mom angle, she's cool as hell...she's a nurse, has her shit together, and doesn't need my money or me to be a father to her kid...I really like hanging out with her, we have a lot in common and have a lot of fun together - I get it that it may sound like oneitis, but is it really if I'm still talking to other girls and/or don't really have a problem meeting girls?
NOTE: this is the first mom I've ever dated, and as a rule I DO NOT date divorced women and/or women with kids. The only reason I made the exception to the rule in this case is that she came highly recommended by my older brother, who has known her for 15 years, after he showed her my picture and she liked what she saw.
I did go radio silent on her...and she didn't come seeking...and that's where the "weirdness" all started, ironically enough.
When I did reinitiate..she responded immediately but it wasn't with the same warmth as before...does that make any sense?...yet she still responds and is still going to go through with the date...which is weird in a sense to me and why I bring up the possibility of a massive shit test bc she bought the tixs and they are expensive - so if you are going to dump me, why ruin the night with some awkward shit or with some dude you're over and not go with someone you want to really go with - if she were banging some other dude? It would be very easy for her to blow me off and never see me again and just go with someone else...

I was on a bit of a self-imposed dry spell (around 8 mos or so after reading red pill literature, seeing the light and taking a knee from dating to do some work on myself (getting back into really good shape, inner game stuff) as well as working my ass off (I own my own business) - the incident I mentioned was the first time "since I saw the light - made some changes - got back in the game" ... just a different sensation than the hand I guess plus I got nervous since I'd been out of practice - and well, I kind of liked this girl - so it seems I put a little more pressure on myself to kill it.
The freak out, was not like a freak out in a literal sense, just apologizing and shit.. because it had never really happened to me before...and not something a lot of guys talk about...I now realize that it is something that happens, so it's cool.
I got some viagra and I will bring some along with me just in case on saturday...
but you're right - not much I can do at this point other than go and be cool and nonchalant....
Now.. here's my question... what if she's all cold and shit...? If calling her out is a lose/lose (which I agree) just bail on the date and take her home...?
