I would say that generally (not always) it is counterproductive to outright insult a girl you are not fucking, unless you really dont give a damn about her in the slightest in which case who cares (might work to your advantage if she knows you could care less if you fucked her or not). Before sex she still feels she has the upper hand and will then withhold.
