Many morbidly obese women have amenorrhea, or plainspeak they experience reduced or completely absent menstruation. When a woman has been so fat for years, she simply forgets about ever having had a menstrual cycle.

Also, a word of warning to any who dare stoop this low: morning-after pills doesn't work on whales.
