In no particular order, here is my top 10.
1. Moscow:
You have the Tactical Big 3: Online, Daygame and Nightgame as viable methods.
Exotic factor is surprisingly high considering such a large, well known city.
2. Bucharest:
I love the looks of the girls here.
Daygame is great and facilitated by high English levels.
3. New York City
For the sheer quantity and diversity of girls.
You can do some damage with a bankroll and logistics.
4. Santo Domingo, DR
Online is so easy, its a joke
5. Santiago, DR
Quality is higher than Santo Domingo.
Pipelining makes it possible to hit the ground running with cute girls upon on the first day of arrival.

7. Chicago
My sleeper pick. The talent is not as high as NYC, but girls make up for it with their personalities and receptiveness to being approached.

I had some of the best experiences of my life here. This city encapsulates sexuality.
9. Kiev
Not the easiest place, but the highest quality of talent I have seen. Extended stays can yield some sick conquests.
10. Miami
For someone who values white girls and latinas, it is a solid spot. A multitude of first generation Colombians, Brazilians, Cubans, and more recently a destination for Russians. Not to mention all the other girls who come here to party and hang out on the beach. Miami doesn't receive enough props.
