Anyway, platforms of this nature typically have an adversely selected user base, i.e. those who have trouble making friends the conventional way. As a result, they are not viewed as cool or hip, and hotties usually want nothing to do with them.
Disclaimer: I'm speaking about my experience in a non-urban area where most young adults are natives who still hang out with their high school cliques. I could see it being different in a major city full of transplants.
