Good one !! lets motivate one another! In 2014 I...
- lost 20lbs
- met with a weight trainer almost once a week
- cut my beer intake to negligible and wine intake by 2/3 (once a week )
- took up salsa dancing and am out almost every night of the week
- have a steady bang but going to trade up soon- out with the old and in with the new
- paid down line of credit and have manageable mortgage and war chest set up.
- my apartment is clean "chick compliant" all of the time
- thanks to Roosh and the red pill movement for helping me change my view on life
